The multi-level South Eatery Restaurant is the most popular wedding venue choice. This stunning atrium style room seats 95 persons and not only enables all guests to have a great view of the bridal party but also the majestic scenery overlooking the lake and mountains.

The adjacent Manata Room can also be hired in conjunction with the South Eatery Restaurant to provide an excellent dance area and after dinner reception room. It can also be hired as a smaller Private Wedding room venue seating 65 persons. A traditional dance floor is available for the keen wedding dancers. A grassed balcony also enables outdoor celebrant wedding ceremonies and after ceremony cocktails to be held on a delightful outdoor area overlooking the stunning views.

The Mercure Queenstown Resort provides napkins and linen in our packages. We are able to source additional silk table runners and if desired, themed candelabras and centrepieces to create a wonderful fairytale or a modern, stylish setting. We can also recommend local, high quality and reliable wedding suppliers such as theming specialists, florists, cake makers, DJs and photographers.

We offer a full range of menus to suit any budget and dietary requirements and we also give the couple flexibility to meet with our Chef and have personal input into your menu creation.
