Introducing Matthew and Josh, the Tale of Two Grooms.

After seeing many Bride & Bride related styled shoots, the team at Wilson & Lewis Photography decided to pull together a group of talented South Australian based wedding suppliers to prepare a stunning styled session, focused on two gorgeous gentlemen, Matthew and Josh.

Tony from Wilson & Lewis Photography says, “Two grooms should be able to have the flowers, beautiful wedding attire, or a magnificent cake. They should not to be afraid to make their wedding dreams come true.”

The first step was selecting a venue, which lead Tony and his team to Collingrove Homestead in the stunning Barossa Valley, and it’s very easy to see why. With a typical Australian backdrop, Collingrove and the surrounding property is a beautiful reminder of what South Australia has in it’s very own backyard.

Matthew and Josh’s favourite colours are blue and orange, which were used as the basis for the design and styling inspiration for the shoot. The duo of florists from Bella in Bloom and Blooming Bridal worked collaboratively to design a colourful floral bowtie as well as gorgeous styling based around the fun and vibrant colour scheme. “The colours reflect Matthew and Josh’s vibrant personalities and their true love for each other,” says Tony.

We particularly love the welcome sign and the meaning behind using a marble tile. Love and Lace Studio selected marble to signify the strength of Matthew and Josh’s relationship. The marble adds a very luxurious touch, and goes hand in hand with the stunning Barossa property.
